Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation before 1 June 2020: administration costs of €25,-

- Cancellation after 1 June 2020: 50% refund

- Cancellation after 18 September 2020 and no-show means (in all cases) no refund of your registration fee.

- Please send a written notification of cancellation to the Groningen Congres Bureau (info@gcb.nl)

 

When choosing the option ''Payment by bank transfer'' delegates will receive an e-mail with all necessary bank details as well as an invoice in order to proceed with the payment.
